Woodhouse Park is an area in Wythenshawe in South Manchester, with a population of 13,519 people. The area incorporates Wythenshawe town centre and borders onto Newall Green but is separated by the M56 motorway. Junctions 4 and 5 of the M56 motorway serve the area of Woodhouse Park, connecting it with Wythenshawe and Manchester Airport.

Average local house prices in Woodhouse Park at the time of writing were £107,282, up 4% on the previous year. The majority of sales in Woodhouse Park during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £168,530. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £198,036, with flats selling for around £131,410.

Major public investment has upgraded the area since 2003, including the expansion of Wythenshawe town centre towards the Woodhouse Park area. As of November 2014, the Manchester Metrolink Airport Line now runs through Woodhouse Park, making it better connected with local towns and other nearby neighbourhoods.

The majority of housing in Woodhouse Park is social housing, mostly made up of former council housing stock. These houses have undergone major transformation as a result of housing assocation investment and a local urban regeneration program. This same program has also led to the opening of a local leisure facility to serve the community of Woodhouse Park.
